Delta Iota Sigma Then...
On November 3, 1973 Delta Iota Sigma chapter was chartered by six Charleston Area educators:
Sara H. Hampton, Grayce H. Hampton, Bettie S. Ellis,
Mary B. Snipe, Martha H. Meriweather, and Florence S. Grant.
Delta Iota Sigma Today
Today, Delta Iota Sigma has grown to about 40 members. All working together to serve the community while remembering the core principals of Sisterhood, Service and Scholarship. The chapter works together with our Philo & Rhoer affiliate groups to make a difference in the Low Country.
